ZIPPERS

The zippers used in our products represent excellence in terms of sustainability and safety.
Each zipper is certified OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 CLASS I, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and the utmost respect for the environment.
The tape of our zippers, made from 70% recycled polyester, has obtained GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certification, guaranteeing not only full traceability of recycled materials but also compliance with strict environmental and social criteria throughout the supply chain.

CARE

  • do not force the slider in case of jamming
  • store in a dry place at room temperature
  • if the zipper is stuck or not smooth, apply graphite from a pencil or paraffin on the teeth to restore glide

The production process begins with the preparation of recycled polyester tape, then, through a high-precision process, the zipper teeth are molded onto the tape creating a uniform and durable tooth pattern.
During assembly, the slider and stops are applied to ensure proper operation and optimal closure. Finally, each zipper undergoes rigorous strength and glide tests to ensure full compliance.

UNLEATHER - MOON COLLECTION

YATAY material represents a concrete step towards the future of sustainable fashion, offering an eco-friendly alternative to leather.
This material is partially made using mycelium, the vegetative structure of fungi. The mycelium used is a by-product of the citric acid production process: during fermentation, which is based on biological waste, CO₂ is sequestered, contributing to the reduction of overall emissions.
YATAY is a line boasting certifications recognised by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®), and PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).
YATAY enables a 30% reduction in CO₂ emissions.

  • 30% Emissions of C02

Composition:

  • 70% PU (51,8% Biomass)
  • 18% RECYCLED CO
  • 12% CO

FABRIC MADE WITH ECONYL® YARN

The twill fabric used for our linings is made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon yarn: an innovative material that transforms nylon waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, old carpets, and industrial plastic into a new high-quality yarn.
Through a regeneration and purification process, the nylon is restored to its original purity, ready to be used in the fashion and interior industries.
ECONYL® nylon can be endlessly recycled without ever losing its properties, ensuring new products without the use of virgin resources.
The ECONYL® yarn helps reduce environmental impact and conserve natural resources, making it the ideal choice for a more sustainable and responsible future.

  • 70.000 Barrels of oil saved

The yarn is woven and dyed in piece with GRS-certified dyes and waterproofed with PFC-free products. Finally, a light layer of resin is applied to prevent fraying.

Composition:
90% PA (Regenerated ECONYL® Nylon)
10% PU

METAL ACCESSORIES

The metal accessories used in our products are made from zamak, a zinc alloy chosen for its excellent quality-price ratio. For components requiring particular mechanical strength, we use carefully selected iron.
The production process is designed to ensure minimal environmental impact, thanks to negligible emissions and full recycling of waste.
The processing starts with melting the material at a temperature between 380 and 450 °C, followed by a high-precision die-casting phase that allows perfect shapes with minimal waste. Each component is then subjected to rigorous quality controls to verify strength and surface finish.

ACCESSORI METALLICI

  • conservare in ambiente asciutto e a temperatura ambiente

Composizione:

95.0% Zinco
4.0% Alluminio
0.04% Magnesio

CERNIERE

  • conservare in ambiente asciutto e a temperatura ambiente
