1-Product availability
The Customer understands that the products offered by CORVO on the website (referred to as the “Products”) are limited in quantity. The Customer is aware that CORVO needs to verify the availability of these products at the time of purchase. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email from CORVO confirming receipt of the order. CORVO will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product availability information is as accurate and current as possible.
Potential Availability Issues
There may be instances where certain products become unavailable or only partially available even though they are displayed on the website. This can occur due to the products being out of stock, unexpected constraints on CORVO’s resources, pricing or description errors, or an inability to meet a specified delivery deadline. In such cases, CORVO will promptly notify the Customer via email that the order cannot be accepted and explain the reasons for non-acceptance. If only part of the order is available, the Customer will be informed accordingly and agrees to receive only the available products.
Changes to Product Offerings
CORVO reserves the right to modify the range of products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. These changes will not affect any orders that have already been confirmed by CORVO.
2-Purchasing process
The default currency in the webshop is determined by the selected shipping destination. Purchase prices include value added tax (VAT) according to Italian tax rules, but do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed separately based on your shipping destination. All purchases are made in the default currency of your shipping region. If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply additional exchange fees. CORVO is not responsible for any such exchange fees. If you are unsure about your bank’s procedures for these transactions, we recommend contacting your bank for further information. Charges on your bank statement will appear as “CORVO.com”. In the event we introduce special sale prices, detailed information will be
provided to our customers. If incorrect purchase prices are displayed in our webshop, for example, if a system malfunction causes an incorrectly low purchase price to be shown, CORVO will not accept the order or deliver the product at that incorrect price.
In such cases, we will offer to deliver the product at the correct price, and you will have the option to withdraw your order. An order confirmed by CORVO at an incorrect purchase price will be considered null and void.
Accepted payments
CORVO only accepts credit cards and the other payment methods expressly indicated on the Website. Other payment methods may also be accepted as indicated in the webshop from time to time. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize the payment to CORVO, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on your order and the confirmation email. The invoice will be sent to you in the parcel alongside your purchased items.
Ordering process
1- Each product offered for sale on the website can be viewed via a dedicated link displaying the product’s images, unit price, colors, and sizes (if applicable).
For products marked as “Pre Order” or “Personalized Products,” the link will also show the estimated delivery date.
2- Customers may purchase up to 4 units per product, unless specified otherwise for certain products. CORVO reserves the right to change these limitations at any time.
3- Accepted payment methods will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
4- Selected products are placed in the “Shopping Bag.” The Shopping Bag includes product descriptions, measurements, sizes, and images.
5- The digital images of products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, there may be discrepancies due to the technical characteristics and color resolution of your device. CORVO is not responsible for any inadequacy of the product images for these reasons.
6- To view selected products and the total purchase price, visit the Shopping Bag page. The purchasing process allows customers to check and amend errors before submitting their order.
7- The purchasing process is completed when the customer clicks the final order confirmation button, labeled “Buy Now.” By clicking this button, the customer agrees to pay the purchase price of the order if accepted by CORVO. After this, the order contents cannot be modified.
8- Before confirming the order, customers must confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. It is advisable to save or print these terms at the end of the purchasing process. CORVO does not keep a copy of the specific contract relating to the order.
9- The purchasing process must be fully completed to submit the order to CORVO.
0-Each order and the customer’s purchase data will be stored by CORVO in compliance with applicable laws.
1- Registered customers can check their order status by logging into the reserved area of the website and accessing the ‘My Orders’ page.
2- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of any data entered on the website at the time of purchase and must read the privacy policy published on the website
3- Delivery & shipping
1- Customers will receive products separately as soon as they are ready for shipping. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer in their order, and a signature may be required upon receipt.
If CORVO is unable to deliver the order for reasons beyond its control, CORVO’s Client Service will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. If the order cannot be delivered within eight (8) days following the date it became available for delivery, CORVO will assume the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract. Consequently, all payments received from the customer, including shipping costs (except additional costs arising from the customer’s chosen delivery method), will be refunded, and the contract will be considered terminated.
2- For security reasons, CORVO will not process orders addressed to post office boxes or accept orders that do not allow for the identification of the recipient and their address.
3- Products offered for sale on the website can only be delivered to addresses in the specified countries and territories. Orders with delivery addresses outside these areas will be automatically rejected.
4- If shipping costs apply, they will be explicitly indicated and separated from other costs or expenses before completing the order and pressing the Buy Button.
5- In compliance with applicable laws, CORVO will deliver purchased products within a maximum of 30 days from the contract execution date, except in cases of force major (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).
6- If CORVO fails to deliver products within the specified time, customers may request delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. Customers have the right to terminate the contract immediately if the product is not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
7- Customers can cancel orders by emailing CORVO at the address provided in Section 14.1, stating the reason for cancellation. If an order contains multiple products, customers can cancel or reject individual products unless doing so would significantly reduce their value. CORVO will refund any payments made for the canceled products and their delivery without undue delay. If the products have been delivered, customers must return them to CORVO or allow CORVO to collect them.
8- CORVO may split orders into multiple shipments based on product availability. Customers will receive products separately as they become available, and CORVO will charge for products as they are shipped.
9- Upon shipment, customers will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to monitor the delivery in real-time. CORVO’s Client Service is available to assist with any delivery issues via email at support@corvo.com.
10- Where applicable, customers may choose to collect purchased products directly from a store selected at the time of purchase, provided the order does not include pre-ordered or personalized products. If products are not collected within 30 days of notification, the sale may be canceled, and the customer will be refunded.
11- The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer or their appointed third party upon physical receipt of the products. If loss or damage occurs before this transfer, CORVO will refund any amounts paid by the customer.
4- Product Warranty and Inspection
CORVO guarantees that the Products will be provided without defects, having met all EU and other relevant regulatory requirements related to packaging and safety. Upon delivery, Customers should inspect the Products to ensure they match the order and are free from manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. The sale of Products is subject to legal guarantees under applicable laws and any additional contractual warranties provided.
1- If an item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will either repair the
item or provide an exchange. Should repair or exchange be unfeasible, you are
entitled to either a proportional price reduction, reimbursement for repairs
conducted by yourself or a third party (with prior approval), or a full refund
(including the purchase price and shipping fees).
2- You may modify your claim; however, you will be responsible for any costs
associated with such modification, unless the modification was necessitated by
us.
3- You must notify us of any defect without delay and no later than two (2)
months from the date of discovery.
4- Within the first six (6) months from delivery, you must notify us of the defect
and provide confirmation that the item was purchased from us. During this
period, no additional conditions apply to your claim based on defective items.
5- After the initial six (6) months, you must prove that the defect existed at the
time of delivery in order to make a claim.
6- Claims based on defective items are not accepted after a period of two (2)
years from the delivery date.
To report defects or non-conformity and request a remedy, Customers can
contact CORVO at the address support@corvo-milano.com
5- Return policy and right of withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement to our Client Service Team at support@corvo.com within the fourteen (14) day period. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
Returning Your Item
Items must be sent back without delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. If your order does not qualify for a free return label, please retain proof of mailing. The deadlines are met if you send your withdrawal statement or the item before the fourteen (14) days have expired. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a quality control check to determine its condition, in accordance with the provisions outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Ensure that you have inspected the Product just as you would in a store, meaning the Products must be intact, complete, unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original labels attached. If a Product includes a security tag, the return will not be accepted if this tag is removed, broken, or damaged. CORVO will inspect the packaging and condition of each returned Product, as the substantial integrity of the Products is essential for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. CORVO reserves the right to reject returns of Products that are damaged, deteriorated, stained, or appear used beyond the necessary inspection to ascertain their nature and features. If the original security tag or cellophane has been opened, damaged, altered, or removed, the return will not be accepted.
If a return is rejected, CORVO will notify the Customer and will not refund the amount paid. Additionally, CORVO reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer’s actions, including refusal to collect or accept delivery of returned Products that have been rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless eligible for a free return, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
These costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept returns sent via regular post from outside the EU.
Refund Process
We will refund the price paid for the returned item once it is received. However, shipping fees chosen by you that do not align with our standard shipping
method will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the PayPal method. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. Items returned after the fourteen (14) day period will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the sender.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for items made to your specifications, explicitly requested by you, or clearly personalized. Additionally,
the right of withdrawal is not available to non-consumer entities, such as businesses acting within their professional capacity or business activities.
6- Limitation of liability
Liability for Foreseeable Losses
If CORVO fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, CORVO will be responsible for losses or damages that are a foreseeable result of CORVO’s breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. However, CORVO will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable or cannot be avoided, to the extent permitted by applicable law. A loss or damage is deemed foreseeable if it is apparent that it will occur or if, at the time of contract formation, both CORVO and the Customer were aware of its potential, such as when the Customer discussed it with CORVO during the sales process.
Non-Excludable Liabilities
CORVO does not exclude or limit its liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. This includes liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by CORVO’s negligence or that of CORVO’s employees, agents, or subcontractors; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) infringement of the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation; (iv) defective products as defined by applicable consumer protection laws.

Subject to paragraph 6, and to the extent permitted by law, CORVO’s total liability to the Customer for all other foreseeable losses arising under or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale—whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise
—shall not exceed the total price of the Products per Order. This limitation does not apply to Customers domiciled in Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, and Croatia.
